Welcome to Wizcart LLC ("Wizcart", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wizcart mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). Wizcart provides a digital marketplace that connects Customers seeking services with independent Service Professionals. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Wizcart

Wizcart is a neutral venue that connects Customers with independent Service Professionals offering a range of services.

Wizcart does not employ or manage Service Professionals. All services are performed at the sole discretion and responsibility of the parties involved.

2. Eligibility

To use Wizcart, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be able to form a legally binding contract.
  • Agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account information.

You may not use Wizcart if you are barred from using such platforms under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access key features, you must register an account as either a Customer or Service Professional.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update any personal or payment information.
  • Be solely responsible for activity under your account.

Wizcart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false or misleading.

4. Marketplace Guidelines

Users must not:

  • Misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Post false, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to misrepresent identity or services offered.
  • Disrupt or interfere with other users or the Platform.

Wizcart may take appropriate action for any misconduct, including account suspension or legal steps.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Wizcart’s integrated payment partners.
  • Customers will be charged once a service is booked and confirmed.
  • Service Professionals are paid out upon service completion, minus Wizcart’s platform fee.
  • Any disputes related to payments must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

Wizcart is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by service type and timing.
  • Customers must cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at booking.
  • Service Professionals are expected to honor booked services unless in emergency situations.
  • Wizcart may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Wizcart is not a party to the contract between a Customer and a Service Professional. However, we may offer limited assistance in disputes reported through our in-app support.

We encourage all users to resolve issues in good faith. Wizcart is not liable for disputes that arise from engagements on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the Wizcart Platform, including software, logos, designs, and content, are owned by Wizcart LLC or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent.

9. Termination of Access

Wizcart may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse. Users may also deactivate their account at any time via the app or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Wizcart is not responsible for the conduct of any Customer or Service Professional.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
  • Wizcart’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (i) $100 USD or (ii) the amount paid to Wizcart by you in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizcart LLC, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or your interaction with other users.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Insert City/State Jurisdiction].

13. Modifications to Terms
